Walk This Way
Walking the Way to Health is a national initiative from the British Heart Foundation and the Natural England and here at Vitality we support this Walking Scheme.
So if you hardly leave your front door, know walking is good for you but don't get round to it, want to walk but get bored doing it on your own, have health problems & difficulty moving around, then why not join on one of the FREE walks?
The walks last about from 30 minutes so you can fit them in around your lifestyle and can have the added bonus of improving your health in all sorts of ways!
Walking just one mile can burn up at least 100 kcal
Why not find a walk near you? You don't need to book - just come along on the day. The walks take place in the rain or shine so whatever the weather dress accordingly. If it's your first time attending a walk, please arrive 15 minutes early to complete paperwork
