Vitality run numerous FREE programmes based at various locations across South West Essex, that will help you work towards better physical and mental well-being.
Our aim is to encourage and help you to improve your overall health and well-being. There are several lifestyle changes that could significantly improve your current and long term health!
Change may include:
- Eating more healthily
- Maintaining a healthy weight
- Getting more active
- Stopping smoking
- Reducing harmful alcohol consumption
We all have barriers that make it hard for us to make the changes that are needed. For example, many of us live and work in environments where it is difficult to be active at a level high enough to benefit our health. At Vitality we understand that and that's why our programmes aim to help you overcome your own particular barriers, through both individual goal setting and some group support. With a little commitment from you, and some support from us you can make small changes to your daily routine and lifestyle that will benefit your health both short and long term.
