We have a range of programmes that tackle things like what you eat, how to eat well, provide good dietary advice, and help you to either loose or maintain a healthy weight.
All of our programmes are in South West Essex. So if you live in Thurrock, Basildon, Billericay, Brentwood or Wickford areas you shouldn't have to look far to go for a programme to suit your needs.
The people at Vitality are experienced and non judgemental. We are qualified professional trainers here to help you be a better YOU! Our primary goal is to ensure you feel supported to achieve your goals!

Weight Management
- Make lasting lifestyle changes by increasing your physical activity and improving your eating habits
MEND
- Aimed at helping young people and their families to get fit and stay that way.
- Weekly games, activities and swimming for kids
- Learning that being active can be a lot of fun
- Fun, interactive discussions to show you easy effective ways to improve your child's behavior and improve his/her self confidence
- Practical demonstrations, games and tips about healthy foods, label reading and portion sizes
Healthy Walks
- Join our healthy walks! These are run by volunteers in Thurrock and Basildon and are a great way for people of all ages to get more active and building new friendships
